Job summary

Ferring is seeking a Manager, Production in Parsippany, New Jersey to oversee aseptic manufacturing across lyophilization lines. You will lead 1st shift production supervisors, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive right‑first‑time batch execution in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring schedule adherence, supporting deviations and CAPAs with Quality, and guiding continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with aseptic/sterile ops.
• 3+ years direct supervisory experience across multiple shifts.
• Lyophilization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to 1st shift Production Supervisor and teams.
• Ensure GMP/aseptic processing compliance and batch record review.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and shift handovers.
• Identify and drive throughput and cycle-time improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; support performance management.
