Responsibilities include diagnosing complex vehicle concerns, performing advanced repairs, mentoring junior technicians, and communicating with customers. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and a modern, well-equipped shop.

Qualifications

• Current ASE Master Certification is required.
• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• 5+ years of automotive diagnostic experience.
• Advanced Master Technician diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex automotive concerns and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform advanced automotive repairs from initial diagnosis through completion.
• Service and repair multiple automotive systems across a variety of makes and models, excluding European vehicles.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge to identify vehicle problems accurately.
• Independently manage assigned repairs with minimal technical oversight.
• Support and mentor less-experienced technicians with diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Communicate with customers when needed regarding vehicle concerns and repair work.
• Contribute to an efficient, team-oriented repair environment.
