Job summary

Qualifications

• State Asbestos Supervisor certification or reciprocity/licensing
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate crews while ensuring safety and quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem solving and decision making under pressure
• Experience managing project schedules, documentation, and budgets
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on commercial, industrial, and residential asbestos abatement projects.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, state and local regulations.
• Plan daily work activities and prioritize tasks to maximize production.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and waste disposal.
• Maintain a safe work environment through daily safety meetings and inspections.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees and promote accountability.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, time records, and compliance paperwork.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor budgets and productivity; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment assigned to the project.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovate for future projects.
