Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Asbestos Supervisor in Oregon to oversee compliance-based asbestos abatement projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

You will lead a team of workers, ensure adherence to OSHA and state regulations, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to meet safety requirements. The role requires at least 3 years in asbestos abatement with supervisory experience, a valid Asbestos Supervisor certification, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Asbestos Supervisor certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years in asbestos abatement with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/Oregon DEQ regulations and SWCAA/L&I requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of asbestos workers to remove ACMs safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet schedules and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators to meet project specs and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain work plans, progress reports, air monitoring reports, and waste disposal records.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for workers.
• Monitor air quality and perform asbestos clearance testing as needed.
