Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional game art experience with 3+ years in senior roles (Art Director/Environment/Character).
• At least one shipped title with meaningful visual direction responsibility.
• Current experience with Unreal Engine 5 for capable communication with technical leads.

Aufgaben

• Perform a full visual audit of Kyzen assets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define a consistent art direction including materials, silhouettes, scale, lighting language, and readability.
• Document the direction in an art bible usable by internal and outsourced teams.
• Create reference and hero assets that communicate the intended look and feel.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and technical art to elevate visual quality and production value.
• Deliver handoff session and documentation for maintainable work after the term ends.
