Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Art Director / Associate Creative Director (Art) in Long Island City, NY to lead visually striking, digitally centric campaigns for B2B brands. You’ll craft campaigns across social, digital, display, landing pages and presentations, guiding teams to clear, performance-driven creative.

You’ll mentor junior designers, partner with client teams, and shape long-term brand vision while balancing art and data.

Qualifications

7+ years of art direction experience at an agency.
B2B experience strongly preferred; DTC a plus.
Proven experience across digital, social, organic and paid, and CRM projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability across ads and other forms of communication.

Responsibilities

Generate and develop core creative, digitally centric campaign concepts for B2B brands.
Design across a range of media: social, digital, display, landing pages, and presentations.
Create multi-channel conceptual frameworks for client projects.
Pitch creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
Set and communicate a creative vision that helps brands stand out in crowded, often conservative categories.
Dig into performance data, understand the findings, and turn them into a compelling and clear creative story.
Create connections with clients and find ways to grow their business (and ours).
Be both a leader and a maker: get the team to elevate everything they touch.
Contribute strategically to the long-term vision of the brand, internally and with clients.
Mentor junior team members.
