ProCaps Laboratories in Colorado is seeking a Senior Art Director with 10+ years of experience to lead the visual direction for our marketing initiatives. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and mastery of omnichannel campaigns across digital, print, and video.

You will mentor junior designers, develop brand guidelines, and collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver high-quality creative that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of art direction, visual design, or creative leadership.
• Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution.
• Strong background in branding, including creating and evolving brand guides.
• Hands-on design across digital and print; video editing is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video).
• Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conceptualize, design, and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to create visuals that engage audiences.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and leadership for an in-house team.
• Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed.
• Stay current with design trends and omnichannel marketing best practices.
• Support evolution of learning and development strategies within the team.
