Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Bonus skills in video editing, animation, and 3D programs.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Advertising preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the artistic vision and execution of creative concepts from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with marketing objectives.
• Drive design excellence, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy, while maintaining brand standards.
• Analyze audience needs and ensure designs adhere to pharma, medical, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain quality control, approve proofs and oversee conceptual execution.
• Communicate effectively with Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
