With 8+ years in brand design and a strong leadership track record, you will guide senior teams, present ideas to executives, and push the boundaries of technology-driven design for a premier global brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of brand design experience with strong concepts and visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to final delivery for innovative retail displays and digital solutions.
• Provide leadership development and design direction to junior designers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage multiple projects within timelines and budgets.
• Create compelling retail storytelling narratives across the portfolio of stores.
• Develop creative direction for design development and set implementation standards.
• Oversee a team and tailor approaches balancing consumer needs, brand integrity, and partners’ objectives.
• Communicate and present complex design concepts with strong presentation materials.
• Drive design excellence and cross-project collaboration across teams.
• Leverage emerging technology to build impactful spaces and enhance engagement.
• Work across Environmental Graphic Design, Fixtures, Materials, and Digital design.
• Ideate groundbreaking concepts, illustrate ideas, and lead projects hands-on to completion.
