In this senior creative role, you will own projects from direction through delivery, collaborating with copywriters, strategists, product marketers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic, visual, brand, or marketing design experience with a strong portfolio across digital, email, web graphics, decks, and campaigns.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and high proficiency in Figma.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, composition, hierarchy, information design, and data visualization.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives, audience needs, brand standards, channel requirements, and deadlines.
• Ownership, judgment, proactive communication, and reliable follow-through; able to work independently.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills; able to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback while maintaining clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce high-impact decks, sales collateral, campaigns, emails, web graphics, and assets across digital, print, social, web, events, and enablement touchpoints.
• Translate complex briefs into clear visual stories that drive engagement and action.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, product marketers, and stakeholders to refine ideas and solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, manage priorities, flag risks early, and maintain craft quality.
• Present rationale, respond to feedback, and deliver production-ready files and handoffs.
