As a senior creative leader, you will balance strategic roadmaps with hands-on execution, collaborating with producers, technologists, and cross-functional partners to deliver world‑class content at scale.

Formación

• 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house team.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Portfolios must be available online.
• Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators.

Responsabilidades

• Own the art direction for brand partnerships content, ensuring high quality and brand alignment.
• Establish and evolve visual standards across campaigns and e-commerce.
• Support integration of virtual production techniques and AI-driven workflows.
• Balance long-term creative strategy with hands-on concepting, shoots, and post-production reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Collaborate with executive producers and design technologists for seamless execution.
