Job summary

Autodesk’s Flow Studio seeks a Senior Art Director/Designer to shape a modern, distinctive visual language across campaigns, product marketing, and social content. You will lead and execute across touchpoints, translating complex VFX workflows into clear storytelling and crafting scalable design systems.

You will work with Technical Artists and VFX specialists to ensure outputs are visually strong and technically credible, while maintaining a high standard of craft in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Designer in software/SaaS environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing art direction across brand, digital, and social.
• Understanding of how VFX and simulation translate into visual storytelling.
• Ability to concept and execute at a high level from idea to final output.
• Experience designing for social-first environments and content-driven brands.
• Proficiency with typography, layout, motion, and visual systems (Figma, Adobe CC, motion tools).

Responsibilities

• Design and art direct every touchpoint across Flow Studio experiences (campaigns, product storytelling, social, digital).
• Lead art direction for campaigns, product marketing, and social content with high craft standards.
• Develop a distinct visual system for Flow Studio that is modern, scalable, and differentiated.
• Create social-first content across formats and platforms.
• Translate product capabilities (VFX, simulation) into clear, compelling visuals that communicate value.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to realize ideas grounded in real use cases.
