Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Creative Director for Flow Studio to define AI filmmaking directions and lead a dedicated content team. You will shape cinematic and animation libraries, templates, and demos, collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to translate new capabilities into compelling experiences.

You’ll drive ambitious, internet-native content and establish a high creative bar, balancing hands-on filmmaking with strategic product vision in a remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional portfolio or reel demonstrating outstanding cinematic taste, storytelling, and creative direction.
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI filmmaking and modern generative creative tools.
• Strong filmmaking instincts across camera, composition, lighting, performance, pacing, editing, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality bar for Flow Studio across in-product experiences, cinematic content, libraries, demos, showcases, and product storytelling.
• Lead and develop the Flow Studio content team, set priorities, direct execution, and mentor contributors.
• Direct ambitious AI filmmaking work from cinematic showcases to product films and experiments.
• Work hands-on with emerging AI image, video, and animation tools; prototype ideas and turn experiments into finished work.
• Shape the product's creative layer, including libraries, camera moves, templates, and onboarding content.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate capabilities into experiences and demos.
• Serve as the product-side creative partner to Marketing for launches and campaigns.
