Area23 is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead creative concepts and craft for multiple brands. You will collaborate with account teams, strategy partners, and clients to shape brand personality and campaigns, while guiding junior creatives and ensuring work meets brand guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership, conceptual development, and high-end execution across print, digital, and film assets in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Resume and portfolio required.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator).
• Strong presentation skills and leadership experience.
• Experience leading art teams and managing budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creative ideation with Account, Senior Creative Management, and Clients across brands.
• Guide and develop the creative team to maintain high-level craft.
• Oversee executional craft from concept to final output, on time and on budget.
• Hire, mentor, and manage art directors and senior designers; foster inclusive culture.
• Collaborate across departments to align creative vision and deadlines.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with vendors.
