Job summary

Area23 seeks a Group Art Supervisor to lead art direction across multiple brands, driving ideation, execution, and strategic brand solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain creative integrity and mentor the Art team members.

You will oversee high-quality materials that solve briefs, ensure adherence to agency processes, and manage day-to-day art needs while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Art Direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing, animation and 3D skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative vision.
• Partner with Copy teams to execute brand personality and messages.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with knowledge of marketplaces, competition and objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear presentations and data-driven direction.
• Mentor and inspire Art teams, delegating tasks and overseeing talent development.
• Present ideas confidently with strong interpersonal skills.
