Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Communications Designer to craft accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, campaigns, and editorial content. You will own end-to-end design, from concept to QA, collaborating with editors, video producers, and strategists to tell compelling stories.

You’ll translate complex ideas into clear visuals, mentor peers, and help evolve our style guides in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and content strategy.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong branding across digital, print, slideware, social, motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Experience on a collaborative creative team and cross-functional partnership with editorial, video, UX.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
• Degree or equivalent experience; strengths evaluated from past roles and activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, assets, and videos.
• Own end-to-end design from intake and concepting to handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency across touchpoints and contribute to style evolution.
• Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote-first environment.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentor designers, and help set team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and tools including AI-assisted design.
