Job summary

Laurens County School District 56 (Clinton High School) seeks a Senior Army Instructor to lead the Army JROTC program, plan and manage the curriculum, leadership development, and cadet operations in alignment with Army Cadet Command guidance.

The SAI will mentor cadets, foster citizenship, and collaborate with staff and community partners to support recruitment and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior Army Instructor certification or eligibility via U.S. Army Cadet Command.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Retired Commissioned Officer or equivalent in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership and administration in compliance with Army regulations and district policies.
• Instruction and curriculum delivery including drill, ceremonies and field activities.
• Build partnerships with parents, veteran's groups and community organizations.
• Represent the JROTC program at community, school and district events.
• Mentor cadets and foster citizenship, leadership and academic excellence.
