Qualifications

• US citizenship and active Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• 8+ years of directly relevant program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex Army/DoD or national security programs.
• Ability to integrate business, acquisition, financial, operational, engineering, cybersecurity, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing staffing, transition, schedules, risk, quality, deliverables, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal contractor interface with Government leadership and oversee contract execution.
• Lead staffing, transition, schedule, quality, cost, performance, risk, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination.
• Integrate program management, acquisition, contracting, budget, cost, operations, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technical delivery.
• Establish governance, operating rhythm, performance dashboard, and escalation processes.
• Lead Agile adoption across programmatic and technical workstreams with iterative planning and customer feedback.
• Promote responsible use of AI, automation, analytics, and collaboration tools to improve decision support and program visibility.
