Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a seasoned Military Analyst to support Fort Rucker, AL, focusing on aviation modernization and DOTmLPF-P initiatives. You will develop requirements, assess capabilities, and coordinate TADSS integration for Army aircraft while producing high-level analytical documents.

Applicants should hold an active Secret clearance, 15+ years of Army Aviation experience with AH-64D/E, and a strong background in capability development and joint planning.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience as a senior or master Army Aviator with AH-64D/E.
• Strong capability development and analytical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational methodologies and capture capabilities into requirements documentation and work statements.
• Analyze military needs, draft JUONS, and apply rapid delivery methods for Army capabilities.
• Assess capability lifecycles with structured methods to inform decision-making.
• Develop and refine operational/technical architecture and support experiments.
• Prepare analyses for POM, FDU, TAA, WSR and POI prioritization.
• Execute TADSS integration and coordinate aviation system testing and deployment.
• Produce independent deliverables: white papers, concept papers, and operational views; ensure graduate-level quality.
