Qualifications

• Must have at least 20 years of experience as a Senior Planner/Military Analyst in Army aviation.
• Experience developing executive briefings, speeches, information papers, and professional articles on Army aviation operations and program management.
• Ability to proof-read and edit others’ work to improve quality and fix errors.
• Ability to interpret guidance and incorporate changes quickly to meet timelines.
• Secret Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert business, analytical, and technical support to the AVCOE G-5.
