Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Program Integrator to support Army Air and Missile Defense programs. You will work with the PM and product managers to manage acquisition milestones and provide data-driven decision support across cost, schedule, and performance.

You will analyze strategies, facilitate regulatory waivers, and coordinate across government and industry partners to ensure successful program outcomes throughout the lifecycle. DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in military acquisition operations.
• Strong risk management and data-driven decision support capabilities.
• Ability to obtain DoD secret clearance and coordinate across government and vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor to Project Office leadership across functional areas.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and performance across portfolios to provide a coherent view of program status.
• Prepare decision support materials for program reviews and leadership engagements.
• Support synchronization of technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program.
• Collaborate with senior management, customers, government agencies, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.
