This Accounting Officer position, GS-0510-12, is located in the Comptroller Division, US Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) and is part of the CA USPFO Army. It is a T32 excluded service, permanent appointment, with responsibilities for the state ARNG accounting function.

Applicants must have an accounting degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including 24 accounting hours and possible CPA/CIA credentials.

Qualificações

• Must have a degree in accounting or related field with 24 semester hours in accounting, or 4 years of accounting experience.
• Eligible by having 24 accounting/auditing hours, possibly with business law credits.
• Alternative: CPA or CIA certification, or a degree with substantial accounting coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Accountant Officer responsible for managing the total accounting function for the state ARNG.
• Operate within the Comptroller Division of USPFO CA and support related selections as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and ensure proper recordkeeping.
