Job summary

The Red Gate Group seeks an experienced Arms Control and CWMD Support Specialist to assist Air Combat Command in treaty implementation, compliance, and CWMD initiatives at HQ ACC, Langley AFB, Virginia.

The role involves policy analysis, planning, and coordination with DoD and interagency partners, requiring a TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in arms control and CWMD doctrine.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in arms control, treaty implementation and compliance, CWMD, or CBRN defense.
• Working knowledge of U.S. arms control treaties and agreements.
• Working knowledge of Air Force CWMD strategy, policy, and doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Support arms control treaty implementation and compliance across ACC."
• Coordinate with ACC, HAF, DoD, and interagency stakeholders on compliance and policy development.
• Provide guidance on treaty implementation and review unit plans and budgeting requirements.
• Maintain treaty notifications and reporting data in ACES.
• Plan and support treaty inspections, exercises, and staff briefings.
