Job summary

The Red Gate Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Company, seeks an on-site Arms Control and CWMD Support Specialist to advise PACAF on treaty compliance and CWMD policy. You will work with PACAF, HAF, INDOPACOM, and interagency partners to integrate guidance into plans and exercises.

You must have TS security clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years in arms control, CWMD, or CBRN defense.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of arms control, CWMD, or CBRN defense experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. arms control treaties and Air Force CWMD doctrine.
• Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze arms control treaties to support PACAF positions.
• Coordinate with PACAF, HAF, DoD, INDOPACOM, and interagency stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on treaty implementation and review unit plans.
• Support treaty compliance budgeting and ACES data management.
• Plan and support treaty inspection planning and exercises.
• Develop and update PACAF arms control training materials and briefing papers.
• Review acquisition programs for treaty compliance impacts.
• Support CWMD doctrine development and training in CBRN environments.
• Assist CWMD exercises, war games, and planning events.
• Review CWMD policies across DoD and MAJCOM.
