Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Architecture to lead project teams from conceptual design through construction administration. The role reports to the Director of Architecture and may support the Director’s sales efforts.

The position requires 15+ years of experience, strong coordination skills, and deep knowledge of AIA/contract documents, budgets, and compliance with California codes. A hybrid team environment is expected in California.

Qualifications

• Required Education: BA in Architecture (4-year); preferred: Bachelor of Architecture (5-year).
• 15+ years of experience in commercial architecture projects.
• Experience leading Commercial Projects is required.
• Experience with California Building Code / CALGreen codes required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor activity of select project teams; review contract documents for alignment with scope.
• Coordinate external design consultants’ output including proposals, contracts, budgets and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Clark Pacific Architecture and other internal departments; liaise with AHJ for permitting.
• Report to Director of Architecture on project status, budgets, issues, and solutions.
• Present project information internally through meetings and calls to update status and solutions.
