Qualifications

• 15+ years of diversified engineering experience with supervision or management.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences industry experience.
• Architectural Registration and NAAB-accredited education.
• AIA/NCARB membership or accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the architectural group and direct daily operations.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, retention, and department profitability.
• Ensure quality and compliance with IPS standards and codes.
• Be accountable for unit output, project goals, and efficiency.
• Guide technical output and enforce risk management with the Director of Architecture.
• Develop standards and tools to guarantee quality and performance.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Recruit, retain, and develop staff; manage career growth.
• Drive department revenue growth and labor efficiency.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
