Job summary

Gray AES Architecture Design Manager sought to lead design teams across multiple offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Dallas. You will guide architectural design efforts, mentor staff, and coordinate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in architecture, 7+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam, and strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam; experience with architectural drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison among project team, design partners, and consultants.
• Lead and mentor architectural staff; ensure design excellence and QA/QC.
• Develop technical proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor budgets, scope, and design changes; coordinate with managers.
• Support business development and marketing efforts; attend client meetings.
