Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent and 7–10+ years related experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam; knowledge of project-specific apps is a plus.
• Experience designing in Revit and producing architectural drawings is required.
• Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between Project Team, partner design firms, and consultants.
• Lead and mentor architectural and design staff; promote curiosity and accountability.
• Develop and support technical proposals, design schedules, and cost estimates.
• Define roles with Gray AES Project Managers and ensure shared ownership of deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, scope, and execution; adjust designs as needed.
• Support change management strategies and track design impacts on schedule and cost.
• Promote cross-functional integration and alignment with project goals.
