Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• 6 years of related experience, 3 years in AIA MasterFormat specifications.
• Membership in Construction Specifications Institute; CDT Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and administrative specifications projects.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate product research and selections.
