Job summary

Dewberry’s Architecture Team in Richmond, VA seeks a motivated Project Manager with a broad assembly of design and management skills. The ideal candidate has a professional architecture degree, a license, and at least 10 years of post‑graduate experience.

You will lead teams, manage client relationships, coordinate construction documents, and contribute to business development while delivering high‑quality projects in federal, state, and local contexts.

Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree from an accredited university required.
• Licensed Architect with reciprocal licensure in additional states.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develops proposals with PIC and/or Office Director; participates in client interviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand needs and guide projects to success.
• Lead development and coordination of construction documents, drawings, and specs.
• Balance technical excellence, design quality, and project requirements.
• Take ownership of projects and components; advance with minimal direction.
