Job summary

Barrett Made is seeking an Architecture - Project Manager to lead design development and construction documentation for architecture + construction project delivery. You will supervise project teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires an architectural degree, 6+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp/Enscape/Adobe Creative Suite and Procore.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree required
• 6+ years experience
• Licensed architect preferred or path to licensure
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and Procore
• Strong client and team communication
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Collaborative and proactive with staff and project teams

Responsibilities

• Leads schematic design through construction documents
• Prepares and reviews quality control documents
• Supervises project teams as required
• Coordinates project schedule with design and construction team; meets with clients
• Oversees construction phases with construction PM; processes submittals and field reports
• Pursues new design and construction methods
• Ensures close-out documentation and project archives
• Manages design budget and profitability
• Mentors junior staff
