Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple low- and mid-rise commercial projects.
• Knowledge of Building and Life Safety Codes and Zoning regulations.
• Strong budgets, schedules, scope, and contract management.
• Experience with fee estimating, proposals, and contract development.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small- to mid-sized commercial architectural projects from inception through completion.
• Take full responsibility for successful project management and execution.
• Develop strategic plans and approaches to ensure project success.
• Coordinate all administrative and technical aspects for cost-effective execution.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, programs, scope, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams and coordinate architects, consultants, and other participants.
• Establish team assignments and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate project communications and documentation.
• Monitor progress and resolve scope, schedule, budget, or quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and administrative materials.
• Estimate fees and determine the appropriate scope of work.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.
