Qualifications

• Ten+ years of architectural experience with PM on large-scale facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture; registration preferred.
• Sustainability accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and ensure goals, client service, quality, and profitability.
• Motivate and manage the project team, inspire vision and collaboration.
• Develop project work plans, fees, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Identify business development opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and design intent.
