Job summary

BDE Architecture in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate internal teams and external consultants, and maintain client relationships from conception to delivery.

You will lead meetings, ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence, perform QA/QC, and contribute to design discussions. The role emphasizes organized communication, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative leadership across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred.
• Proficiency in technical knowledge of architectural drafting and design.
• 8+ years of Architectural work experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in schematic design through construction administration phases.
• 3+ years of working in Revit
• Experience with multifamily housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent BDE at client, project team, city agency, and construction meetings.
• Develop client relationships for continued business development.
• Lead the schedule, budget, and scope to completion and client satisfaction; define project roadmap.
• Full responsibility for managing all aspects of the project to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget.
• Actively manage client needs, schedules, budgets and programs relative to the project.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients, consultants, sub-consultants, contractors, and review agencies.
• Coordinate project communications and documentation; delegate team workload.
• Lead efficient and effective meetings and document outcomes.
• Provide technical and design feedback in the development of project documents.
• Ensure QAQC duties, including red-lining drawings, are performed.
