The role requires taking ownership of complex projects, building strong client relationships, and leading internal and consultant teams through successful delivery.

Candidates should have California project experience, a strong grasp of schedules and budgets, and a track record across education, multifamily, senior living, or retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in California.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating consultants.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, schedules and budgets.
• Experience within education, multifamily, senior living, retail or related sectors.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Interest in contributing to business development and studio growth.
• Experience with California education projects and DSA processes would be particularly relevant.
