Job summary

PBK Architects is seeking a Project Manager in California to oversee design and construction documentation across all project phases, from Pre-Design through Construction Administration.

You will supervise the Project Architect and project team to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and adherence to PBK quality and client service standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• Architecture license preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Project Architect and the project team to ensure high quality construction documents.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
• Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout project and keep client apprised of progress.
