To support this growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Architecture) to lead the architectural visioning and design process for new Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) projects. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with established standards and guidelines, shaping resident unit design, and guiding overall architectural direction for both new development and repositioning initiatives.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
