Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/construction planning and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and design.
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes facility data to document records and ensure consistency.
• Reviews plans to address delays, weather, or site emergencies with the team.
• Inspects projects for code compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Assesses security procedures and suggests improvements for a safer workplace.
• Contributes to early cost estimates and feasibility studies for projects.
