Formación

• Degree in Architecture with focus on sustainability.
• At least 7 years of professional architectural design experience with sustainable projects.
• LEED AP or Green Star SA Accredited Professional preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools.
• Experience with energy modeling (IES VE, eQUEST) and life cycle assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a strong focus on sustainable design.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a substantial portfolio showcasing sustainable projects.
• Proven expertise in sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., LEED AP, Green Star SA Accredited Professional).
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Experience with energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, eQUEST) and life cycle assessment (LCA) tools.
• Strong understanding of building physics, climate analysis, and passive design strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
