Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A professional degree in Architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and innovation.


• A minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior design role.


• Exceptional conceptual design skills and a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering applications.


• Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, vital for remote interaction.


• A deep understanding of architectural theory, history, and contemporary practice.
