Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed Construction Documents.

• Advanced proficiency with Vectorworks, Autocad or Revit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with 3-D modeling software (Rhino, Vectorworks, Revit or Sketchup).
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture school.
• Experience designing single family homes in the United States.
• Ability to analyze single family zoning.

Responsibilities

• Design single-family homes from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration.
• Coordinate with principal, structural engineer and contractors.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and elevations; evaluate contractor bids.
• Analyze zoning for residential projects and ensure compliance.
• Deliver client-focused, tailored architectural solutions with clear communication.
