Qualifications

• Proven skills in single-family residential design and project management.
• Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed Construction Documents.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with team and clients.
• Advanced proficiency with Vectorworks, AutoCAD or Revit.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software (Rhino, Vectorworks, Revit or SketchUp).
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Experience designing single-family homes in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design single-family homes from schematic design through construction documents (CD) and construction administration (CA).
• Analyze zoning and develop existing condition drawings.
• Prepare schematic floorplans and elevations; coordinate with structural engineer.
• Develop detailed construction documents and assist with contractor bid evaluation and on-site administration.
