Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program required.
• 8–10 years of professional architectural experience in a senior design role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development across all phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Prepare and oversee production of design and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support design development.
• Perform code analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants to support project objectives.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior staff.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design intent and project status.
• Utilize Revit and other design software to support project design and documentation.
