Job summary

Facade Today, an award-winning architecture firm in Manhattan, seeks an Intermediate Architect to join its Midtown office on high-end residential projects.

You will contribute across all design phases, from development through construction, using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Lumion. The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience, a strong design sensibility, and excellent production and documentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 4–10 years of architectural experience, preferably within high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite required; Rhino and Lumion experience a plus.
• Excellent production and documentation skills and strong design sense.
• Collaborative, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings, documentation, and project deliverables across all phases.
• Support technical planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Attend site meetings, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration.
