Qualifications

• Active architectural license; Michigan registration eligibility.
• 5+ years of architectural experience including post-licensure.
• Proficient in Revit for construction documents and coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed construction documents.
• Strong code analysis across IBC/ADA/FGI/local codes.
• Independent technical delivery across schematic through construction administration.
• Mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with healthcare, multifamily, and higher education projects.
• Experience with project execution plans and CSI specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project segments from schematic design through construction documents with coordination.
• Lead multi-discipline coordination with MEP, structural, and civil consultants.
• Perform building code analyses and translate findings into design decisions.
• Direct day-to-day production by Architect I/II and provide feedback.
• Manage RFI and submittal reviews during construction administration.
• Conduct site observations and prepare field reports.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and OAC settings.
• Write and review specifications across CSI divisions.
• Identify risks early and contribute to project execution plans.
• Contribute to healthcare, multifamily, and higher education work.
• Mentor healthcare project team members.
