  • Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support for interns and entry-level architects, helping them learn best practices and navigate project tasks.
  • Expand your project exposure by observing client interactions, gaining insight into scopes, services, and fee structures, and building a strong professional network within TT and across the industry.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in architecture or forensic investigations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt approaches for unique challenges involving building envelope performance, water intrusion, materials degradation, or architectural system failures.
  • Proven communication skills, reliability, and leadership behaviors including authenticity, trust-building, and effective communication within your sphere of influence.
  • Initiative to mentor junior staff, manage your workload proactively, and continue deepening your expertise in both technical and project delivery fundamentals.
