Qualifications

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the transition from design to construction documents and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise in regulatory compliance and innovation will help drive the success of our projects.

• Experience in midrise hospitality, mixed-use, or multifamily projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and experience with AI.
• Interior design experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in our Scottsdale office, which has flexible start hours and accommodates three employees. The role offers significant opportunities for leadership and business development. This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

• (7) paid holidays per year.
• (15) days of paid time off per year - this includes sick time.
• Company sponsored health insurance for the employee only.
• Additional family health & dental coverage is optional and paid for by the employee.
• Dental coverage is optional and paid for by the employee .
• Vision coverage is currently unavailable; it is anticipated to be offered once the AZ office increases in employee size. When available, coverage will be paid by the employee.
• Simple IRA matching - up to 3% of contributions.
