Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Rhino and 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, codes and sustainability.
• Experience with construction management software is preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads portions of a project with supervision by Project Leadership.
• Produces and coordinates presentation/contract deliverables (diagrams, 3D models, drawings).
• Communicates effectively with project teams, consultants and clients.
• Interfaces with design teams to advance large or small projects.
• Collaborates with teams to evaluate ideas and contribute to studio goals.
• Applies construction knowledge and technical strategies across project phases.
• Coordinates project documents for compliance with technical requirements.
• Manages own and team workload to meet deadlines.
