Job summary

You will produce and oversee diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, and animations while applying strong knowledge of building systems and sustainability. The role emphasizes collaboration, design excellence, and mentorship across the studio.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect with current registration.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems and sustainability.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads distinct portions of a project with supervision by leadership.
• Demonstrates initiative and problem solving with high accuracy.
• Produces and coordinates diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, and animations.
• Communicates effectively with internal teams and external consultants/clients.
• Designs conceptually and integrates interdisciplinary criteria for large/small projects.
• Collaborates with project/client teams; evaluates ideas critically and constructively.
• Participates in studio and office activities; supports standards and processes.
• Checks project documents for compliance with technical requirements.
• Manages own workload and mentors less experienced staff.
