You will work closely with Sector Directors and be involved in statutory submissions. Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex workplace or commercial projects in the UK.
• Familiarity with the Building Safety Act and complex regulatory frameworks.
• Seeking career progression towards Senior or Associate status.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and effective designs from client briefs.
• Lead preparation of statutory submissions including Planning Applications.
• Act as primary contact for project delivery, facilitating negotiations.

Skills

Experience in delivering complex workplace or commercial projects

Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction law

Ability to manage design risk

Strong negotiation skills
